Why we’re hosting this summit
Our hugely popular “How to Set Up & Thrive in Private Practice” workshop is now in it’s 4th year and brings together allied health and therapist professionals from all over Ireland who want to learn how to start and/or grow a successful private practice.
When we asked participants “What would you like to see more of?” the top answer has consistently been:
MORE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
FOR PRIVATE PRACTITIONERS!
That’s why we are hosting this summit; to create a space where private practitioners can connect, share insights, and support each other. Our goal is to foster a community that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas, ultimately enhancing the quality of care we provide to our clients.
As dedicated healthcare professionals, we understand the unique challenges and rewards of establishing and growing a private practice. We’ve each navigated this journey and are passionate about supporting others on this path.

What participants of PPNS 2025 have said:
Raedín O’Sullivan, Occupational Therapist
I really enjoyed the PPNS. As someone new to private practice, it was an excellent way of meeting other practicioners and forming relationships which helped build my practice. The guest speakers provided vital information to help me thrive in my work. Jen and Áine are so knowledgeable and approachable. I would certainly recommend this event.
Mary Finn, Connect4Work
As private practitioners and service providers, our passion is in the delivery of our excellent services, this event was a great opportunity to step back from that and look at our services as businesses and how we can run them better, differently and more efficiently.
Jack Hedigan, Occupational Therapist
I thoroughly enjoyed attending the private practice event. It gave me space to reflect on my practice and find clearer direction. Networking with fellow therapists was inspiring, and meeting companies offered great insight into how AI and new tools are evolving to make our day-to-day work easier and more effective.
