Lucy O’Reilly is a Strategic Growth Designer who helps entrepreneurs & small business owners position themselves as the go-to expert in their field with branding and websites designed to accelerate growth. Whether her clients are going out on their own or levelling up an established business, she combines strategy, design and digital marketing know-how to create online presences that convert.

She works 1:1 with clients and also runs The Brand Accelerator, a 12-week programme that takes businesses from patchy DIY to polished and powerful, combining strategic brand development, web design, positioning, and content with expert guidance and a good dose of accountability.

But her path to entrepreneurship wasn’t exactly linear….

It started at 5AM in a soggy tent in West Cork, post-marital breakup, with three kids and no job, wondering how things had ended up like this. That moment could have been the end, but it was the beginning. She turned a hobby in website design into a career lifeline, went back to college (twice!), and earned degrees in digital technology, design, and marketing, all while raising three sons solo. Her business was built from scratch, fuelled by grit, creativity, and the deep belief that it’s never too late to rebuild.

She now helps others do the same, bring their next chapter to life with confidence and clarity.
